Are these therapies safe for me?
What if I don’t finish my sweat?
Like exercise, it’s good to start slow. You can ask to have a lower temperature setting or even end your sweat early. With gently increasing frequency you will crave lengthy sweats throughout the week!
What should I wear?
A long sleeved shirt and long leggings or sweats to sweat in and form fitting comfortable clothes for all of the other therapies. We provide clothes for the infrared wrap should you forget to bring clothes to sweat in.
Are showers available?
Yes, there are showers available on site for those who would like to use them.
Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely! You can call us to book both wrap rooms and we can open up the divider for you to enjoy the experience together. The sauna cabin can also be booked as a duet.
Should I eat before?
It’s best to not come with low blood sugar but give yourself about an hour to digest a big meal before coming in. Eating a snack after is definitely recommended as well as drinking a lot of water.
Will I be thirsty?
YES!!!! All 3 treatments require major hydration to help eliminate the toxins in your body safely and effectively. We recommend bringing a refillable water bottle. You will most likely need it refilled at least once! We also offer orange slices & refreshing cucumber/lemon water after every treatment.
